What type of products do you sell?

At Helio Pickleball, we specialize in high-performance pickleball paddles and a selection of accessories for players of all levels. Our goal is to offer you quality products that enhance your game.

How do I choose the right paddle for me?

Each racket has different characteristics (weight, shape, core, surface, etc.). Each product includes a detailed guide with recommendations based on your experience level and playing style. If you have any questions, please email us at info@heliopickleball.com and we'll be happy to help.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs €5.50. It is free for orders of €40 or more.

We ship to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. At the moment, we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Once you place your order, we need up to 24 hours to process it. Shipping is express, so you will receive your order within 24 to 48 business hours, except in exceptional circumstances.

Do you ship on weekends?

No. We process and ship orders Monday through Friday. If you place an order on Friday afternoon or over the weekend, it will be processed the next business day.

I made a mistake when entering the delivery address, what do I do?

Please write to us as soon as possible at info@heliopickleball.com with the correct information. If less than 12 hours have passed since your purchase, we will try to modify it before the order is shipped.

After that deadline, it may already be in distribution and we won't be able to make changes.

Can I cancel or modify an order?

Please see our Returns and Exchanges Policy for details. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will try to assist you with cancellation or modification.

What if I'm not satisfied with my purchase?

We want you to be 100% satisfied. If you're not, please see our Returns and Exchanges Policy for details on how to proceed.

What payment methods do you accept?

To make your purchase as easy as possible, we accept payments with all major credit cards and through PayPal.

Please ensure your credit card billing address is correct, as our system requires accurate information to process your order.

In our commitment to security, all payment information is processed securely through Shopify.
